Our Members are qualified Professionals who know and understand the importance of providing relevant information to our Seniors and understand the importance of allowing our Seniors adequate space and time before reaching a new financial decision that has an impact on their lives and assets.

We encourage Seniors to involve family members, financial planners, CPA's, legal advisors, and/or trusted friends to be involved during the information gathering process and to be present during HUD counseling, face to face evaluation consultations, applications and final loan closings.

We recommend that you:
